Perfect Itinerary for the Sporades Islands
DAY 01
Volos - Skiathos
We kick off the journey with a welcome cocktail offered by the captain. We sail towards the lush island of Skiathos. We head to the famous Koukounaries Beach, surrounded by pine forests and crystal-clear waters, where we sunbathe and swim. We have lunch at Bourtzi Skiathos, on the small peninsula overlooking the old port, and explore the picturesque streets of the old town filled with charming boutiques and cozy taverns. We sample typical bites like Zapatoes (green pies), cheese pie. Before dusk, we enjoy a Greek dinner at Marmita restaurant, known for its exquisite Mediterranean cuisine and elegant ambiance.
DAY 02
Skiathos - Skopelos
We set sail for Skopelos, famous for its idyllic beaches and picturesque charm. We have breakfast on board and prepare for a day of exploration and adventure. In Skopelos, we marvel at the stunning views from the Monastery of Agios Ioannis, which majestically perches on a rocky cliff. We indulge in gastronomic tasting and small-batch wine at Anemopili Wine Bar and head to Kastani Beach, where scenes from the movie “Mamma Mia!” were filmed, for a refreshing dip in crystal-clear waters. We dine at Agnanti restaurant, enjoying a gourmet dinner with panoramic views of the island illuminated by the moon.
DAY 03
Skopelos - Alonissos
Our next destination is the tranquil island of Alonissos, home to the National Marine Park and the endangered Mediterranean monk seal. After enjoying a relaxing breakfast on board, we venture out to discover the stunning marine biodiversity in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island. We make a stop at Leftos Gialos Beach, where we have lunch on board and snorkel to discover an impressive and rich underwater landscape. We then head to Kokkinokastro Beach and for dinner we enjoy some tapas with cocktails at its beach bar.
DAY 04
Alonissos - Kyra Panagia
We explore the remote island of Kyra Panagia, a sanctuary of peace and serenity in the middle of the sea. After a revitalizing breakfast on board, we explore several hidden beaches until we reach the Planitis Bay, where we anchor in front of the crystal-clear turquoise waters. We spend the day swimming, diving, and exploring the ancient ruins of the Megisti Lavra monastery, dating back to the 10th century. In the evening, we enjoy an intimate dinner under the stars and on board prepared by our chef.
DAY 05
Kyra Panagia - Trikeri Island
We set course for Trikeri, known for its picturesque landscapes and tranquil atmosphere. After a delicious breakfast on board, we explore the picturesque villages of Trikeri, where time seems to stand still. We make a stop at Agia Sophia Beach to enjoy a peaceful day under the Greek sun and have lunch on board, followed by a Greek lunch on the boat prepared by our chef. In the afternoon, we explore the Evangelistria Monastery, which offers stunning panoramic views of the island and the sea. We dine in the old port of Trikeri, at the family tavern Diavlos.
DAY 06
Trikeri Island - Amaliapoli
We head to the charming coastal town of Amaliapoli. We enjoy a relaxing breakfast on board while taking in the views of the Pagasetic Gulf. We explore the charming village of Amaliapoli, with its traditional taverns and cozy atmosphere. We taste Greek souvlaki at the small restaurant Per Sempre. We make a stop at the Amaliapoli Botanical Garden to admire the lush flora and fauna of the region. In the evening, we enjoy a last gourmet dinner on board prepared by our chef, reminiscing about the unforgettable memories of our yacht adventure through the Sporades Islands.
DAY 07
Amaliapoli - Volos
On our last day, we bid farewell to our yacht with a special breakfast on board. We disembark, and if we have time, we visit the impressive Archaeological Museum and the local market of Volos, where we can buy souvenirs before departing.
